The scheduling committee can just Ctrl-F the master pairings spreadsheet. Seems they now have to put a reason on the rotation when it's nooped. Just found several with RR, reroute, unable to cover put in the rotation notes from this weekend. Never got a GS call and they were all rerouted.
That's exactly what I'm saying. In violation of 23L5. But hey, I'm sure this MOU no one got a say on will make it all better.
Except for the parts you are talking about with skipping steps and going to SCs or reroutes was NOT covered by this MOU. Just the abuse of IA to restore something that looks like seniority and sanity. Don’t combine 2 things.
BTW, I agree with all that, and the rest of the coverage ladder violations need to be reigned in.
