This is ridiculous though. They admitted on a recorded line it wasn't an error in coverage and it was done to "better utilize reserves." They didn't like that they used a 3 day reserve on a 1 day trip. So after both trips were appropriately covered, as they became known to CS, they decided 12 hours later to illegaly remove the GS and give the 3 day trip to the reserve for "better utilization." They absolutely did it thinking they wouldn't have to pay the reserve GS since there is no trip guarantee for reserves.
