It will reduce the amount of passover pay they are currently paying. Many Jr 727 S/O are currently getting NB FO passover and in some cases WB. Not to mention that if we are truly over manned, why not have the most over manned seats be the lowest on the pay scale?
Redeye...let me see if I got this straight. Jr 727 s/o are gonna excess off the panel into their passover pay seat only to be (in a subsequent excess bid) excessed out of the passover seat back onto the 727 panel. After all they are Jr 727 s/o, where else can they go?
