Right??! One of the recently vacancy runs had the “ future staffing levels” in MIA well over 400. The 3XP for March has us at 300 which is around 170 below where we were back this time last year. 🤷♂️

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing. 100 pilots short in MIA 320 FO for March 2026, and they still haven't been filling those slots. This is going to get interesting.
