Green slips are pretty much dead. IA’s went out this am for trips that were in open time at 8 pm last night….no GS calls ever went out. How this isn’t a contract violation is beyond me. In addition, this new IA system is rewarding pilots that aren’t working as much as their peers. If you’re a productive pilot that’s above ALV, you don’t get the call for an IA.
Sounds like you’re working too hard as a “productive pilot” to please Ed.
Consider this: A smart pilot can be overseas and joying an extended stretch of days off with the family and still keep slips in to run the PCS clock out with auto-accepts helping force a trip to 23M7 coverage and scoop up some 23M7 pay.
