If you give reserves 15/16 days off and 84 hours credit, it would go super senior. There are some reserves in other bases that are finishing the month with 0 hours credit, and many with <30 hours of credit. That's 6 days of actual flying and still being on call for 11 others that they didn't get called in on so they can sit at home. Junior line holders are getting 14 days off and 73 hours of pay with 35 hours in MCO or JFK and 260hours TAFB. Which pilot is away from home for longer? Then again, I've heard the rough argument where you can't go backpacking up Mt Hood or surf while you're on call because you have to get to the airport, so you have to suffer sitting at home doing your honey-do list for $1800/day.
