I like the new system compared with old. Need stack height floors for reserve that would force them to carry higher % of reserve. I hate flips and forced into being up for 20+ hrs. The health effects are absolutely terrible. Getting consistent sleep and wake times are key. If there’s no WOCL override that is substantial I’m a no vote.
