What is the minimum turn time required to book a front end deviated DH, specifically when the company's rotation has a DH scheduled to arrive with a very short turn?

I know the obvious reference from PWA 8.E.5 and FOM 13.2.2 that match each other at 60/90 minutes domestic/intl.

I have a fuzzy memory of an email or update that said as long as the deviated booking arrived with the same amount of turn time or greater, then it was safe. Using the references above a pilot would need the 60/90 minutes regardless of how short the company scheduled turn time is.

Anybody remember that, or am I making it up?
