With LC rotations usually being assigned 2 days out and SC assigned day prior, is there anything stopping them from assigning a SC that ends 10-18 hrs prior of a rotation that was assigned before?

Example: assigned/awarded 1201 report 2 days out and then assigned SC 2000-0200 night prior?
