Walking away the moment the membership delivered a clear mandate reasonably suggests their perspective was not aligned with that responsibility. Many would view that conduct as unacceptable.

The election result was unambiguous. The focus now should be on supporting the leadership chosen by the pilots and restoring stability. Hopefully the professionalism of this new MEC is as good as advertised, we haven't had adults in charge in years.
It's true about the individual who resigned the NC. At first I figured it was just a rumor, but it appears that it's factual, but there has not been an official announcement. RUMOR has it, possibly another one will step down or is considering. So we'll see. But I agree; not a good look, and brings a lot more questions to mind as to why. I'm sure they'll have an explanation, but the reality is the can't claim whatsoever that they chose to do this bc they believe the new exco is going to sell the pilot group down the river. Even though they insinuated such things in some manner, while basically almost "campaigning" for the BUS.
