Hiring standards will fall at legacies by Summer. Probably be under 5000 total soon. We have a few junior FO's that have pipeline or connections that need 1000 hour turbine or 2500 total and they will be gone. Not a lot but some. Hard to grow and Hire when you have limited number of experienced pilots in the right seat to move to the left seat, when we let all the upgradable experience leave the last round of hiring. Even if we see a tick up in attrition they will likely not hire, just park more AB and push people to the 73.
Though if they keep having people pass on those 73 FLL seats they may have to hire if they are not willing to displace from the AB
