We’ve been in mediation for two years and have zero progress to show for it. Our status meeting was cancelled due to the government shutdown and, according to our MEC email received today, the NMB doesnt really care. Instead of getting $ in union dues back I would gladly give much much more to change this stupid process.
Sad thing is, looking at Allegiant & Fedex, we still have at least another 3-4 years of this to go! Aren't they both around 5 years in, with the NMB and also no progress and no release to strike.
