Thats not correct. There’s no sick days in other agreements. It’s credit based. Not day based. Pretty sure if you call in sick and are not available for a res period the appropriate credit is getting removed from your bank. That's why in the contract comparison it’s a defined number of credit for a res period sick call.
Ive heard AA has something like this. Sick when called if on reserve. I don’t know the details of it however.
