He’s not being lazy. IA calls start at the bottom. CS is absolutely ignoring the #, and awarding the first come first serve before mid-seniority even get a ring.
And unless you are top 10%, you aren’t getting any 23M7 except as a sheer luck thing.
So, if you are between 10-80% in category, you basically can’t get either. It’s outrageous. But it’s also leverage I hope we use to get some massive quids in sec 6, and more importantly, an on time or early deal. If we are smart.
