absolutely this. I don’t get why it is so taboo to come onto APC and tell people to jump ship. Even I waited too long but it took people around me telling me to get out to finally make the jump. I’m happy again, it’s nice to live in a world where I don’t have to worry if i will have a job at the end of the day. Movement is crazy right now at AA/UA and we will find ourselves in the left seat again hopefully soon. Let NK go, it’s over. Although not as many as most left but 9 years was not easy to give up. Still glad I did. Outside super low time FOs who shouldn’t have been at spirit to begin with if the industry was not hiring record low time guys and girls for a time, if you wanna leave you can. These “good guys and gals” that are getting shut down in interviews come across arrogant. That’s the only reason they aren’t getting picked up. A lot of that comes from not just letting NK go.
