Oh no doubt. I meant more of the transparency, predictability, etc around reserve. There are ways they could improve that - obviously reserve will never be 100% predictable.
It wouldn't be rocket science for us to be able to see the reserve availability list and have some sort of chart that said
Your RAW score is 69 and you're in bucket 1 with 4 days or Res
#2 in line for a 4 day trip
#25 in line for a 3 day
#30 in like for a 2 day
#45 in line for a 1 day
Would probably minimize the amount of "hey how come you called me instead of this junior guy I see in here?" Calls if we had the data visible.
