Still amazes me that someone can wakeup one day, break with the ranks and go to management job, and then send out trash like this. Probably wasn’t the named person’s idea but at the same time, pretty Benedict Arnold kinda stuff. JH is a permanent low-level 4th floor fixture anyway. He’ll step aside from this position in the relatively near future, then get siloed away in some other made up position.
