I guess my point was, still having an R-ATP but having long exceeded the minimum to have the restriction removed, doesn’t scream inexperienced to me.

based off the last couple years flying with a lot of new hires across the whole spectrum of backgrounds and ages, I don’t think it’s the Gen Zers who would be intimidated by this letter. In my experience they probably have some of the least issues setting work/life boundaries.

That’s just my opinion.

I’ve have the same experience flying with those “inexperienced juniors”. Work/life boundaries seem firmly in place for them. The issues I’ve had with people refusing to call in sick sit squarely with older Millennials and some younger Gen X that had been here a while.

Idk, every single dude I've ever heard say "I don't call out sick/I've never called out sick" is old enough to be my dad.
