Default New rates?

What are the “new rates” the Army of Leonidas incorporator is referring to in his Dec 13 video:

“So I want to take this time to congratulate all of our pilots, even those who may retire before the signing of a new agreement, for your new and improved rates of pay that you will be earning every minute beginning Jan. 1, 2020.”

I’ll have to go watch it. I haven’t a clue.

I assume he is referring to retro pay.

Prognostication with a retro pay assumption is my guess.

I think if you listen to the entire video it very clearly explains what the President is talking about.

In other words, anything other than retro is off the table.

As it should be.

Merry Christmas to all.

Get rid of this red/redder crap. LCCs have better work rules than we do.

Money isn't everything.

I flew a 2 day trip with 3 skippers last weekend, an LUS, an LAA, and an LAW. One trait they all shared was the common belief that improvements in pay, while desirable, are secondary to QOL. Here’s a raised glass to our NC as they continue to try to move the company off their strategy of inaction.
