We had an unwise FO call out sick and go to WIA event. Posted all over SM. CPO found out and even though below 50hrs and against the PWA they made her get a note and told her to grieve. The CPO knew they would lose but made her do it regardless. In the end she won her grievance and CP had to write letter of apology which they gladly did. A "read between the lines" apology.

If you call out and like an idiot post your perfectly healthy self all over SM, the CPO can, and will violate this policy knowing they will lose.
