Getting a letter like this in the mail is just a trophy. It’s also a source of entertainment for my UA and AA friends, who have never seen anything like this.
Flight ops runs this place like a bottom of the barrel, early 2000s regional. It's such a stark difference to how UA (don't have many friends at AA so not sure there) treats their pilots.
