He was a weakling and a company sycophant when he worked here. Nothing has changed in retirement—master of fear, uncertainty and doubt.
He didn’t advocate or tell us what to do. He just said why he thought United or American didn’t have the issues that we do with management. I think he’s right.
270 hrs of sick leave (worth almost 4 months) is an incredible benefit. In the end the company has no control over how much we use except for a few speed bumps they throw up to try and discourage it. As stupid as it is, this is just another one of those speed bumps.
if you’re sick, call out sick. If the company asks for a note, get a note. Beyond that, WFCs, save the faux outrage for politics.
