Most of my friends have received IA #2 that have tried. And unless they suddenly have become untrustworthy specifically about their IA's, they didn't work a deal. Nor did I "almost all" of everyone else I would imagine.
I agree, because the system is not doing what it’s supposed to do and putting people with A1 already at the bottom. So not deal making there. But there are scenarios where things are fishy as f.
