I doubt the pilot group will see much public sympathy in today's climate for being accused of using too much sick leave. That's a battle that many middle class Americans face while often having less sick time than us and making less money.
We don’t make as much as you think. In my area, the median household income is just under $250k per year. Basically a senior first officer’s salary that isn’f picking up overtime.
