Window was closed since the Jul/Aug class was filled. Next window will be open in Sept(from the CP). Probably to get ready to fill the Dec 767 bubbas that leave the 8.
What kind of time and experience do you have? I would think(guess) that as the CP gets more apps(and he has a ton right now) he can be choosier, so yes it will likely get tougher, but they can't say no until you apply.
