Watching all these people on this chat group "SM" is remarkable. Concessionary, old, decrepit, broke, weak minded people who are desperate for anything. I've seen them bend the truth in ten directions. I have seen them gang up on people. I have seen fired block reps and MEC officers embarrass themselves publicly over and over. I don't know why I even read except it's better to know the enemy and keep a watchful eye on them. YOU are the reason this job will fall off a cliff SM. The SM types didn't even want other people sticking up for them. They want everyone to be Stepford, er, Collierville Wife just like they are. Of course they'll whisper to you when you point out that the Contract Enforcement is terrible and the safety culture is collapsing that they "really hate the company as you do" while telling their management buddies at the after school social "these young guys are just wanting to burn the whole thing down."
Its a really broken pilot culture at Fedex.
