I have been on record many times saying I voted no for TA2023 as well as saying it wasn't sufficient.
Maybe you don't want to point out what you see as to much concessions because you can't defend that they are worth voting no for. Who knows what the rest of the TA will bring. But hey, keep putting your mad before your money. I do think that the top rate will start with a 5, maybe not effective on the date of signing, but during the life of the contract, yes.
Funny how guys say they don't want to sacrifice pay rates for pension gains on one hand, and then on the other, talk about how valuable it is and how costly it is to the company.

I agree, if these guys think that we will be released if we turn down the next TA, I have a large chunk of ice to sell them.

You mean the guy who wanted to increase the pension pay out to $224k/year for a select few while leaving everyone else with a max of $187k/year?

I think thats the set-up that Council 22 wants to orchestrate next. And I could care less. I don't care for their manipulation of things they believe are egregious but I think the Council 22 bobble heads have acquiesced to the fact that the TA needs to come in April and it needs to PASS. The tone is softening and they know that guys will go for the money cause we're feeling the pain. The next step is to PASS the TA and then get rid of JN and anyone else they feel is aligned with that ADMIN. And, it maybe pretty easy to do.
The Company is printing money and I don't see how they drag this out past the next sessions in April. Its time to pass a TA and move on. As far as getting rid of JN for youth? Idk. I don't really care. I shouldn't even know who is bickering at the union politics. Thats the whole point. Those guys are elected to keep things rolling so if there is a problem they jump in and make it better. Otherwise, keep on chugging. Ask a Delta guy who their rep is? They won't know. Lets be like that.

I have not come across a single person that is a fan of JN. If we don't have a passable TA after the next sessions I believe he is gone and we will have another protracted delay, is what it is. We really need someone that can talk some sense into both sides of our fractured union.

Between the length of the contracts and the length of the negotiations at FDX, the CEO and the MEC Chair for the next one haven't been born yet.
