Your argument confuses me a bit. Can you clarify? It sounds like you’re saying you can make it to WBCA faster at FDX than the pax carriers, great. But if the pay rates for WBCA aren’t meeting or exceeding the pax carriers, why does it matter how fast you can get to that seat at FDX?
And for the record, I want to see you guys get the contract you deserve. Lots of buddies at Purple, rising tide and all that…

For a laugh, most of the guys making this argument have two things in common: 1. A rejection letter from a legacy airline. 2. A leather jacket that they wear on layovers.

More “progress” than JG. If your definition of progress is giving the company everything they want so a couple hundred of you can get a pension - I guess that’s “progress”. This piece of garbage isn’t passing, again. I hope all your Block 11 politicking was worth it. Another 500 of you are about to tap out on contract 2015 AGAIN. Good work guys!

Just a friendly reminder that in the 2023 TA we wouldn’t make WB CA pay for the duration of the contract. My buddy and I are both 9 year guys (hired the same month); he at Delta (737 CA) and me at FDX (WB CA). His current pay rate is $383/hour. I would’ve been at $396. If we worked the same days each month, he’d out earn me because of their soft pay rules. The idea that we came here for the prestige of a position on not the pay is ridiculous.

So again, I'll ask, what bad give backs am I missing?

It seems to me that this false logic may just be the latest excuse that some here are attempting to use to rationalize their yes vote on a bad deal. Similar to rationalizing that “this is the best we can get due to all the ICs, so I guess I’ll just vote yes”.

What is in the released TA'd sections that is so bad? What concessions have we made? I have read every section that has been released word for word. So far, I haven't seen anything that is worth a no vote and have seen quite a few gains. Take R-24 and hotel standby for example along with designated dates that every request for AVA will be approved in the recently released section 25.
