Iim not receiving an ARCOS call for an award to acknowledge. I'm receiving the ARCOS call to accept trips, but my auto accept is on.
I’ve had that happen to me once. My FO said he’d seen it too, but only ever on the very last day or very first day of the bid period. Mine was on the very first day. Checked my slip and all was correct so didn’t change it and it worked like it was supposed to the rest of the month.
No idea what the underlying issue is and that’s the only time I’ve ever seen it.
