I find the new CNO verbiage to be confusing when it calls during the award window. I have auto accept on and therefore don’t get a call during the offer window. But when the GS arrives to me to acknowledge I get a call and the CNO says “We are in the green slip step of coverage….” and then goes on to list the rotation information. To me it sounds like the IA CNO message.

In the past it said “Congratulations, you’ve been awarded rotation number….” Making it clear that you’re in the award window.

it doesn’t help that I don’t get the ARCOS popup anymore. I have to know to open the app because the CNO called.
