I'm truly sorry for your loss brother. I can't fathom it, or even understand the thought of losing a child. It would devastate me I can be honest about that.

The last thing you and the family need is your boss sending you some sort of "disciplinary" letter.

This behavior exhibited is borderline psychopathic. I hope that someone up the food chain pulled some people aside and put some boot to az over this. Simply shocking behavior from these people.
