9/11 was over 24 years ago. over 75% of our seniority list was hired after that.
Our published minimums are full ATP mins. I would need to see proof to believe DL hired below ATP mins. I just don’t believe it.
restricted ATP checkrides are exactly the same as a full ATP.
I know a few pilots who were issued restricted ATPs at 22yo with all the hours and experience required of a full ATP and just never got that restriction removed until the upgraded at their regional. If someone in that same situation never had to upgrade it would make sense they might still have that restriction even though they have long since turned 23.
