Say what now? I sure hope I and most other posters here are misinterpreting this post.

Otherwise, I hope you aren't talking about the pilot that had cancer or the other pilot that lost a parent and a child? Or if you think those pilots were using too much sick time then how about the pilot that hadn't called in sick in 14 months that got a letter?
