First class, WIFI Nope. try free flights for hoarders. We are going to take old camel cash, Papa johns points, McDonald's points, Pepsi Points. In exchange we will give them free flights. In a scheme that I can only think was dreamed up because somebody wants something out of these redemption catalogs.

I am having a hard time processing this. It's just dumb. the only smart thing about it is it ends on the 22nd. but I am sure someone will figure out an exploit by then. We are going to be giving away free flights to what will be disappointed passengers who are expecting a happy meal toy level of quality. Yet will somehow still be underwhelmed. It also reinforces in consumers minds the concept that our product it Cheap ,Inexpensive and Low Cost. This is a time to move away from that. We need to show quality to paying passengers. This is nuts. We can't do a water service for paying passengers, but we can just give away free flights for life to some guy for a 17 day marketing campaign.

I hope this is the last parting gift from Biffle, and in the future our marketing teams can stop giving stuff away.
