Not trying to change the subject but heard rumors of new hire classes starting up again in August. Any truth to that or just rumors?

Anyone heard anything new?

I have heard similar, but nothing concrete from the company at this time. Bid packets come out first of May and they usually have future classes listed. Spirit airlines, Iran war on fuel prices, etc.. make August almost an eternity away for planning purposes. The union squabble should do nothing to stop attrition, so classes will be needed just to maintain numbers.

Pilots with CJOs in the pool were told "fall time" in an e-mail a few weeks ago.

At this point, anyone who voluntarily comes to work at this dysfunctional, meth-addicted, trailer park disguised as an airline is an idiot.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Without trying to get another thread into union drama this is another reason why the sudden recall of the NC is so frustrating. There suddenly were signs of progress. He is being very clear on what needs to improve with the company and openly admitting the way things used to be are not acceptable anymore. Hoping for the best.

The VP of ALPA national told them it was a bad idea. LEC 165, 169, "Hold mt beer and watch this..."

MP and JH are sooooo much smarter and well informed than those "good 'ol boys" (and DEI hire women) at National. Maybe National will read the room and send a male VP next time. S/
