I guess you can take me for example. Hired with 2,600 TT and 500 121TPIC. Last year I attended NGPA, they said to upgrade and volunteer. So I upgraded at my regional and volunteered with my union. Then I attended RTAG for another meet and greet which led to the interview. Other things in my resume were a Bachelor’s degree and prior enlisted military service. Good luck! PIC is king!
