Default Best option for a career end pilot?

I’d like to know if there’s anyone here on 20years pay scale for Envoy, PSA or Piedmont airlines.
Right now they are offering 1:1 longevity based on previous 121 experience and double hourly rate if you become LCA.
My questions are:
1 - Is this really happening?
2 - Realistically how much do you get gross on your W2 with normal flight schedule?
3 - How many legs do you normally fly daily?
4 - Are there many layovers?

Thanks in advance for all replies. I’m currently flying cargo, I’m too old approaching mandatory retirement, and the airline I fly for, it’s furloughing and I may be affected. So I think regionals will be a better option if all of that it’s true.
