I’d like to know if there’s anyone here on 20years pay scale for Envoy, PSA or Piedmont airlines.
Right now they are offering 1:1 longevity based on previous 121 experience and double hourly rate if you become LCA.
My questions are:
1 - Is this really happening?
2 - Realistically how much do you get gross on your W2 with normal flight schedule?
3 - How many legs do you normally fly daily?
4 - Are there many layovers?
Thanks in advance for all replies. I’m currently flying cargo, I’m too old approaching mandatory retirement, and the airline I fly for its furloughing.

My impression is that the AA WO are not hiring DEC. IE, if you get hired all those perks will depend on you upgrading to captain although LCP might me a shortcut.
Legs per day - 2/3/4 is common. 4 day trip is probably 10-12 legs most commonly. "Many layovers" not sure what this means. 4 day trips with 3 layovers are common.

A few regional guys posted here, that might give you some insight...
End of 2025 salary survey
I will point out that every regional which offered longevity credit for prior 121 time always capped it at ten years... so I'd check on that, before assuming you'd come in at top-of-scale. Also they seemed to give you the credit for the longest tenure you had at any one previous airline, so I don't think you get to add up *all* of your 121 time. Just the time from one airline.

If he's looking at 2-3 years til retirement AND can get 20 year pay AND LCP, then legacy might not make more.

give it a few more months…. By the end of summer most regionals will be hiring DEC again, and the double pay will be back.
the unions need to get their acts together and make solid contractual pay gains, not gimmicks that get taken away the second THEY don’t think they need to pay it anymore.
the regionals also need to make a common pay scale like the legacies did to remove the majority of the cost advantage complaints that will be used to demand pay cuts to keep contracts and jobs in the future. The unions need a common contract, like the steel workers union. This is the rates, pay and benefits, for this type of plane regardless who pays the paycheck.
