Legs per day - 2/3/4 is common. 4 day trip is probably 10-12 legs most commonly. "Many layovers" not sure what this means. 4 day trips with 3 layovers are common.

give it a few more months…. By the end of summer most regionals will be hiring DEC again, and the double pay will be back.
the unions need to get their acts together and make solid contractual pay gains, not gimmicks that get taken away the second THEY don’t think they need to pay it anymore.

the regionals also need to make a common pay scale like the legacies did to remove the majority of the cost advantage complaints that will be used to demand pay cuts to keep contracts and jobs in the future. The unions need a common contract, like the steel workers union. This is the rates, pay and benefits, for this type of plane regardless who pays the paycheck.
