I will point out that every regional which offered longevity credit for prior 121 time always capped it at ten years... so I'd check on that, before assuming you'd come in at top-of-scale. Also they seemed to give you the credit for the longest tenure you had at any one previous airline, so I don't think you get to add up *all* of your 121 time. Just the time from one airline.
