Don’t want to be a dork about it or anything but I wonder if other people with my disease ever bring their clubs along. Just curious.
I don’t have a problem.
I could stop anytime, I just don’t want to.
I’m still functioning.
It’s not as bad a heroin.
I deserve it.
This is temporary.
It’s not really affecting my health.
You have to check them so a PITA to bring own clubs. I rent and personally have longer than normal clubs in my bag. I just use that as my errant shot excuse.
Many moons ago, I once almost missed a flt after buying a new putter on layover in Oregon and KCM guy asked me "what's in the box?" I naively said "putter" and he said "NO GOLF CLUBS ALLOWED ONBOARD!" I had to leave putter behind with rental car clerk to have buddy come by pick up and ship for me.
I have found great/easy golfing options on layovers at RIC (Belmont park), MSY, KOA, PHX, LAS, and BWI (Naval academy if you have mil ID),
