This is exacerbated by IA being unavailable on golden X days, and lots of trips that RES could hold as a GS on days off go to IA with no chance of getting them. Yep. Run thin reserve, silver slip everything, increase reserve utilization.
IA is the new Short Call. Reserve is the new junior line holder.
