I’m not a “company man” by any stretch, but I find this to be a bit out of touch. Delta is my 4th airline, second legacy, and this place is by far the most “normal” of the bunch from a cultural perspective, in my opinion.
I’ve worked at a few different airlines too. This is the most “company-leaning” predispositioned pilot group I’ve ever worked at. At least in ATL and NYC.
