Cessna your right it not unreasonable to expect problem while its new. Its only phase one of eight phases process.

Concerning your question about how the implementation of Maestro is a contract violation. If you reference Section 24.R.5 you will see. Specifically the last line of paragraph 5. It says "Changes to the program software that substantially affect the PBS or
the daily tracking system will not be implemented without prior consultation
and agreement between the parties". "Parties" meaning the company and ALPA.
