Your original report time still stands regardless of you acknowledging a rolling delay. Your rest ends at original report time no matter how many times they roll it. Even if they roll it 10 times for 2 hours each time, that makes you 20 hours away from rest and you’re not legal to fly even if you’re at the hotel in your pajamas the entire time.
If you don’t report, you start a RAP at the original report time and your new report time for FDP purposes is the AIRPORT REPORT on the rotation. Your RAP+FDP must still be 117 legal.
