I have never done it. I log each flight after I get to the gate while doing the post flight report. Takes about 10 seconds or so.
Same here, I see it as a "better to always have my logbook in top notch shape" in the event something DOES happen, vs scrambling to try and fit 3000 hours of flying into a logbook in a short span of time.
