Getting much larger hourly pay, more and better pay banding ( especially NB side) getting vacay = ADG benefits all of us
You got your soft pay, time to work for the entire pilot group this contract
And most of the WB got above average pay bumps, seems like you forgot that part.
Nothing preventing the incorporation of soft pays into the WB side, just need some creativity….or doing just like last contract and bumping the WB pay rates to account for NB gains.
