I took it as indicating that they wanted to see a specific logbook entry for checkrides, qualifications, certifications, etc. It was a little weird for me since I didn't put sims into my primary logbook, but I had to put my type rating qual sims in there. I eventually went back and put any sim that was part of a formal training course into my main logbook, as a way to officially document training received. That gave me something to tab for the interview, and I could open the page and point at a line in the logbook and say "here is my A320 type ride" or whatever.
