Default Pilot interview prep guide - endorsements?

I’m reading the pilot prep guide regarding bringing “all endorsement pages” tabed out. I do not have the endorsement pages for any of my type ratings. The training center fills out the IACRA and that’s all I’ve ever seen. I do have the full FAA package printed with all rating and type applications. Is this what they want to see?

I took it as indicating that they wanted to see a specific logbook entry for checkrides, qualifications, certifications, etc. It was a little weird for me since I didn't put sims into my primary logbook, but I had to put my type rating qual sims in there. I eventually went back and put any sim that was part of a formal training course into my main logbook, as a way to officially document training received. That gave me something to tab for the interview, and I could open the page and point at a line in the logbook and say "here is my A320 type ride" or whatever.

what they are *really* looking for is your PPL, IFR etc endorsements, then they are going to comb your logbook to see if you have any RETEST endorsements and or flights to make sure you aren’t trying to hide a failure.

they don’t GAS about type ratings.
