If I drop a RSV LC day with an APD does the 10am carve out for the following day of LC apply?
The only times the standard non-fly day 10 hour carve out do not apply is coming off a vacation day or training day.

CNO is valid for converting a future LC pilot to SC as long as the CNO is received when the pilot is actively on a contactable status (LC or SC). A CNO recieved on a X day, VAC day, training day, or rest period can be completely ignored.
